SHIPPING

NOVELLA currently offers free delivery on all orders over R350, within South Africa.

Our couriers conveniently deliver door-to-door within major cities and towns and strive to have deliveries in your hands within 72 hours, but please allow for up to 5 business days after your order has been placed.

  • if you stay in Cape Town city itself, the delivery fee is R40
  • any other delivery nationwide (including Paarl/Somerset West and surrounds), is charged at R60
  • deliveries outside of major centres make use of SAPO delivery, which may require collection from your local post office, size dependent – please allow 5 business days for delivery
  • a tracking number is available, to keep tabs on when your purchase will arrive

There is also the option to collect your purchase (no delivery fee) from Rosebank, Cape Town – we will have orders ready for pick-up on Fridays, between 13h00-18h00. Please contact us at info@novella.co.za to make arrangements.

Please note that currently certain large/bulky products (e.g. cushion inners and Christmas trees) are only available for collection from our Studio in Rosebank, Cape Town.

If your desired item is not yet listed, please get in touch with us directly and we can set up a custom order.

RETURNS

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives and an item is damaged/defective, please let us know within 7 days and we will arrange to refund or replace the item at no further cost to you.
  • If you change your mind about a product, we are happy to exchange or refund items that are in their new and unused condition, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. However, in this case, the return courier fees will be for your account. Please contact us for return shipping details. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
