What are the payment options?
Payment is possible by credit card (Mastercard and Visa), or by EFT (from SA’s four biggest banks that allow instant verification). This is facilitated by the safe and secure Payfast gateway, which you can see more about here. Payment is also possible through SnapScan.
When do you dispatch?
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours of being processed. Please see SHIPPING AND RETURNS for more information regarding expected arrival times.
Do you sell fabric by the metre?
Yes, we do sell running metres on certain printed lines. Please contact us for more information.
Are you able to gift-wrap items?
Of course! Our products are all stylishly packaged, but we can add that special touch (and a handwritten note) if we know that the order is a gift.
Something is out of stock; what can I do?
Please note that some of our items are limited edition runs (for example, the black Ikat range.) But please let us know if you absolutely love a particular product; this will enable us to try and re-stock it, or notify you when we have something similar in store.
